Craig Goldstein was appointed as President of Medlogix® effective June 5, 2017 after serving as Chief Operating Officer for 12 years. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, including financial management, information technology, product innovation and business development. He leads a team of professionals in delivering claims management solutions that consistently exceed stakeholder, regulatory and business partner demands. Throughout his tenure at Medlogix®, Mr. Goldstein has been at the forefront of the company’s strategic operational decisions, forged numerous key alliances, and earned recognition as one of the medical claims management industry’s foremost thought leaders. Prior to his role as President, he managed all operations, including network operations, information technology, medical management, professional review, medical bill review and business development. Chad Gross joined Medlogix in 2019 as the Chief Operating Officer, where he leads the development, deployment and execution of the company’s business operations strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiencies.
Chad is a highly-regarded operations and technology solutions expert with a proven track record for developing innovative business strategies and client-focused solutions. His impressive career spans over 25 years where he served in various executive leadership roles including Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Chad has advised a number Fortune 500 Insurance and Healthcare Information Technology companies on business development, automation and business process reengineering strategies. Previous employers include Examination Management Services, Inc., Fiserv, Benesight, Inc. and United Healthcare.
Chad graduated with honors from Concordia University, Saint Paul, MN, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology Management, and also completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at Harvard University.Back to team
Senior Vice President, Professional Review Services
Mark Hepperlen spearheads the operations for Medlogix®’s medical claims management services, including network operations, medical management, professional review, arbitration/litigation support and medical bill review. He brings an extensive background in medical claims operations to this position, including significant experience promoting, organizing and selling medical claims management services both regionally and nationally. Since joining Medlogix® in 2014, he has managed several key areas in the company and made contributions that measurably enhanced Medlogix®’s product, quality and service outcomes. Prior to joining Medlogix®, Mr. Hepperlen served in business development and operational roles for managed care companies for nearly 15 years. When he joined Medlogix® in 2014 as vice president of professional review services, he quickly began improving the department’s performance, advancing its professional review network development, compliance and quality control to achieve the highest level of efficiency and satisfaction.Back to team
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Stan Tomasevich is the original architect and developer of MyMedlogix, the company’s proprietary medical claims management software. Previously, he was manager of software development and lead architect of several nationally recognized records management and indexing systems. Currently, Mr. Tomasevich oversees the continuing evolution of MyMedlogix as well as the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology department. Senior Vice President, Network Operations
Cara Ianniello is responsible for the company’s PPO network development, provider credentialing, provider and facility contract negotiations, PPO data integrity and PPO provider retention. Additionally, she establishes strong relationships in the provider community by providing exemplary service, developing educational programs and promoting brand awareness to over 140,000 provider locations throughout the Northeast. Vice President, Precertification Services
Christina Checchio leads Medlogix’s New Jersey Precertification, Michigan Utilization Review and Medical Director Review services. She is a Registered Nurse graduate of Episcopal Hospital of Nursing. Christina has been with Medlogix since 2003 where she began her career as a New Jersey Precert Nurse. She has served in various leadership roles within in the Precert Department. Prior to joining Medlogix Christina managed the skilled care unit of a nursing and rehabilitation center. And before becoming a nurse, she balanced securities transactions for a large Pennsylvania based bank.Back to team

Dr. Anthony oversees compliance; case management, utilization management and quality management programs; the professional staff’s quality of work; and ensures the company’s case management practices are based on sound medical protocols. Dr. Anthony is a graduate of Cornell University and the State University of NY at Buffalo School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds medical licensures in PA and NJ. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and the American Board of Electro-Diagnostic Medicine.Back to team

Steve Armenti manages product development, business development and expansion into new markets. Previously, Mr. Armenti held various positions at the company, including network development and senior account manager. Prior to joining Medlogix®, Mr. Armenti was a manager at LifeCare Behavioral Health. He also held positions at Multi Plan, Inc. of New York. Senior Vice President, Workers’ Compensation Managed Care
Medlogix welcomed Cindy Pirozzi as Senior Vice President of Workers’ Compensation Managed Care in January 2021. Cindy is responsible for leading the division’s strategic business initiatives which include business development, product expansion and operational efficiencies. Cindy provides a fresh perspective to the WCMC division and will concentrate on positioning the company for accelerated growth. Cindy is a well-known and dynamic industry leader who brings over 25 years of experience in the property and casualty and medical claims management industries. Her impressive background and collaborative, solutions-based approach will immediately bolster Medlogix’s Workers’ Compensation business development efforts.
Cindy started her career in Cardiac Research at the Hospital University of Pennsylvania and Wyeth-Ayerst. Soon after, Cindy branched out as an entrepreneur opening up several Physical Therapy practices in NJ, which were later acquired by NovaCare. From there, Cindy continued advancing her career in healthcare serving in various leadership positions at Raytel Imaging/Phillips. For the past 10 years Cindy worked for One Call, most recently serving as Vice President, Strategic Partner Solutions, where she prided herself in relationship management and the development of customized programs for large physician practice groups. Cindy is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Anthropology.Back to team

Maria Longworth manages telephonic and field case management services as well as precertification for automobile, workers’ compensation and group health. She is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for both diploma and baccalaureate nursing programs. Missy Pudimott is responsible for the development and retention of Medlogix®’s strategic client business partners, ensuring that all products, services and workflows meet and exceed client expectation and are contract compliant. Vice President, Human Resources
Sarah Slate joined the Medlogix Leadership team as Vice President of Human Resources in August 2020. In this role, Sarah is responsible for the management and advancement of Medlogix’s Human Resources operations and people initiatives. Sarah works across all departments to establish human capital practices in talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, compensation and benefits.
Sarah is a well-respected Human Resources professional, with 15+ years of leadership experience in the Insurance, Financial Solutions and Technology industries. Prior to joining Medlogix, she worked for Venture Insurance Programs, UiPath and The J.G. Wentworth Company in roles such as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations and Global Training Leader. A graduate of Eastern University, Sarah has a BA in Organizational Leadership and holds several Human Resources studies diplomas from Villanova University. Additionally, she maintains a national Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation and sHRBP (Strategic HR Business Partner) certification. Kathy Dancer leads Medlogix’s Medical Bill Review Services Division which includes: Medical Bill Review, Medical Bill Audit and Code Review services. Kathy is a well-regarded Bill Review technical solutions expert who has more than 25 years’ experience in the medical claims management industry. She has served in various leadership roles throughout her tenure at Medlogix, including EDI Manager and Senior IT Applications Specialist. Additionally, Kathy served as the main technical interface for the company’s insurance carrier and strategic business partner clients where she led the implementation and testing of all Bill Review and PPO EDI processes and cloud-based solutions.Back to team
