Alan Horton is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Medlogix, where he leads the company’s technology strategy and transformation initiatives. He oversees the world-class technology team responsible for the MyMedlogix software platform and plays a pivotal role in advancing Medlogix’s strategic vision. Mr. Horton is dedicated to enhancing the user experience and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation in medical claims management.

Having recently transitioned into the CIO role, Mr. Horton continues to work with the outgoing CIO, who is now serving as an Executive Technical Advisor. Together, they continue to collaborate on some of Medlogix’s strategic technology initiatives, ensuring a smooth leadership transition and ongoing support for the company’s technology roadmap.

A passionate advocate for AI-driven technologies, large-scale data processing, and automation, Mr. Horton has a deep commitment to driving digital transformation within the insurance and healthcare sectors. With over 20 years of experience, he brings a unique blend of technology and business expertise to Medlogix. Prior to joining the company, he held senior leadership positions at several healthcare technology firms, where he guided technology strategy, operational execution, and digital transformation efforts.

Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Horton contributed to the development and patenting of big data technology that processes millions of healthcare records in minutes. His expertise in AI, unstructured data, and scalable software platforms continues to shape Medlogix initiatives, driving innovation and optimizing claims processing efficiencies.

Mr. Horton holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
