Gross’ impressive career spans over 25 years where he has served in various executive leadership roles including his most recent roles of Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Chad is a highly-regarded operations and technology solutions expert in both the Insurance and Healthcare industries, and has a proven track record for developing innovative business strategies and client-focused solutions.
