May 29, 2014 – Lansdale, PA (May 29, 2014) Consolidated Services Group (CSG), a technology-driven, clinically-based medical claims management provider, today announced that Mark Hepperlen has joined the organization as vice president of professional review services.

 

Mr. Hepperlen will oversee the company’s professional review department, which provides medical director reviews, independent medical exams and peer reviews. He will apply his extensive background developing and managing medical director review, IME and peer review programs to enhance CSG’s product and service offerings. He will also evaluate and advance the department’s operations to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and client satisfaction. Additionally, he will spearhead professional review network development, compliance and quality control.

Mr. Hepperlen has served the insurance industry in the Northeast region for over a decade. He joins CSG from Exam Coordinators Network, where he served as national accounts manager. Previously, he served as director of national business development for Premier Prizm Solutions. With extensive knowledge of independent medical exam, peer review, pre-certification (including medical director review) and bill review, Mr. Hepperlen brings strong industry expertise, business acumen and financial knowledge to his role at CSG.
