In accordance with newly adopted Personal Injury Protection Benefits; Medical Protocols; Diagnostic Tests rules, Medlogix® has been chosen by the group of insurance carriers below to administer their Decision Point Review plans. Under these newly adopted rules, it is required to provide informational materials available via the World Wide Web.
Since the inception of the NJ Automobile Cost Reduction Act of 1998, Medlogix® has provided training and guidance to insurance carriers, regulators, arbitrators and providers on the NJ Automobile Cost Reduction Act.
In 2002, our then Chief Operating Officer who is now our President, Craig Goldstein was selected by New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance to serve on the Department’s Personal Injury Protection Technical Advisory Committee (PIPTAC) with the sole purpose of discussing and developing the regulations we use today.
Medlogix® is an approved NJ PIP Vendor registered with the Department’s Office of Property and Casualty – a division of New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. In August of 2004, our company became the first vendor in the State of New Jersey to have their plan approved by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
Medlogix® offers a full complement of NJ Precertification Services within AICRA regulations and carrier plan specific rules approved by the NJ State Department of Banking and Insurance.

In accordance with Order No.: A16-101, effective February 9, 2016, the revised Attending Provider Treatment Plan form shall be used by all Providers to submit Decision Point Review and Pre-certification Requests.
