Sarah Slate

Sarah Slate joined the Medlogix Leadership team as Vice President of Human Resources in August 2020. In this role, Sarah is responsible for the management and advancement of Medlogix’s Human Resources operations and people initiatives. Sarah works across all departments to establish human capital practices in talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, compensation and benefits.

Sarah is a well-respected Human Resources professional, with 15+ years of leadership experience in the Insurance, Financial Solutions and Technology industries. Prior to joining Medlogix, she worked for Venture Insurance Programs, UiPath and The J.G. Wentworth Company in roles such as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations and Global Training Leader. A graduate of Eastern University, Sarah has a BA in Organizational Leadership and holds several Human Resources studies diplomas from Villanova University. Additionally, she maintains a national Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation and sHRBP (Strategic HR Business Partner) certification. Sarah resides with her two children in Wayne, PA.
