September 2009ZyDoc Medical Transcription announced today that it has signed a contract to provide customized web-based transcription services for Consolidated Services Group (CSG), an industry leader in medical claims management in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New England.

ZyDoc’s customized workflow solution for CSG solved their challenge of providing their customers with fast and accurate web-based medical transcriptions of Medical Director Reviews. Under the terms of the contract, ZyDoc provides a full range of customized e-transcription services for CSG.
